Brac Informatics’ managed service includes the hardware and software to backup, encrypt, transmit, store, and re- cover your data. It’s all included in our service so you don’t have to invest in the equipment or people to keep it running. OffsiteVAULT is agentless. You do not need to load agent software on your servers - saving you valuable space and processing power and insuring that foreign software will not be loaded on your servers.

• A BIC provided black box server will connect to your local network. Since no software is loaded on your equipment, it does not impact your performance or security.
• The BIC Box has an easy to use central control interface. It enables you to set and modify your backup schedules, create backup tasks, and perform restores.
• OnsiteVAULT This optional solution stores a local copy of the most recent full data retention for quick LAN-speed recovery or bare metal restores.
